Our Story
Local roots, genuine care
CareWell Support Services was founded in South-West Sydney by people who saw too many participants treated like numbers. We knew support could be different — warmer, more consistent, and truly centred on each person’s goals.
From our home base in Lurnea, we’ve grown into a trusted NDIS provider supporting hundreds of participants across Greater Sydney. But we’ve deliberately stayed personal: you’ll always know your support team by name, and they’ll always know yours.
Our mission is simple — to deliver compassionate, high-quality care through respectful, person-centred support that helps every participant live with independence, dignity and joy.
