Ask us anythingDo I need an NDIS plan to access your services?
Most of our supports are funded through the NDIS, but you don’t need to have everything figured out before contacting us. If you’re new to the NDIS, we’ll happily point you in the right direction and help you understand what funding you may be eligible for.
Which areas of Sydney do you service?
We’re based in Lurnea and support participants across South-West Sydney — including Liverpool, Casula, Cabramatta, Fairfield, Bankstown and Campbelltown — as well as the wider Greater Sydney region. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask.
Can I choose my own support workers?
Absolutely. We match you with support workers based on your needs, personality, language and culture — and if it’s not the right fit, we’ll change it. Consistency and comfort matter, so we aim to keep the same familiar faces on your roster.
How quickly can supports start?
Once we’ve had an initial chat and completed a service agreement, supports can often begin within one to two weeks. For urgent situations, including emergency respite, contact us directly and we’ll do everything we can to help sooner.
What does it cost to switch providers?
Nothing. Switching to CareWell is free and simpler than most people expect — we handle the transition paperwork and coordinate with your current provider so your supports continue without interruption.
Are your support workers qualified and screened?
Yes. Every team member holds a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check where required, first aid certification and relevant qualifications — plus ongoing training in person-centred practice.
